Terms and Conditions

As your coach and hypnotherapist, I will 

  ❖ Support your success by applying the coaching Processes and protocols.  

 ❖ I will not give you any information or advice that is misleading or beyond my scope of practice.   

❖ I will respect your perceptions and beliefs.  

 ❖ I will recognize you as the expert in your own life and work.     

❖ As a client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being, including my choices and decisions. As my client,   

❖ As a client, I understand that life coaching and Hypnotherapy are relationships with my coach designed to facilitate personal transformation and spiritual and professional goals. To develop and carry out strategies for achieving these goals.   

❖ As a client, I understand that life coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. I have knowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and implement my choices is exclusively my responsibility.  

❖ As a client, I understand that a confidentiality clause binds all information I disclose. My information will not be disclosed to any persons under any circumstances, except by court order upon a committed crime. I understand that my life coach is bound by a code of confidentiality that requires them to keep all my disclosures confidential. I understand that three years after my life coaching sessions have ended. My life coach may destroy my records and may never release them to another person or agency.  

 ❖ As a client, I understand that life coaching is not to be used in place of professional advice. I will seek professional guidance for legal, medical financial business, or other matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine. I acknowledge that my decisions and actions regarding them are my responsibility. 

 ❖ As a client, I agree to follow up and perform any work assignment set for me.  

❖ As the client, I agree that any extra time beyond the session will be charged half hourly by mutual agreement.   

❖ I will pay all coaching fees in advance of sessions.  

 ❖ I understand that no refund will be rewarded if I cease my life coaching session once it has commenced.
